Online registration will require payment at time of completion via credit card or check. In order to register for the 2020 National Athletic Directors Conference, you must first sign in to your member profile.
Enter USERNAME and PASSWORD and select blue "Sign-in" button.
Once logged into your profile, you will find the 2020 National Athletic Directors Conference under “Upcoming Events.” If it is not listed, please click on the word “more.”

If you are not a member with the NIAAA, you must create a profile through our member portal. If you believe you are a member, but do not know your username and password, please call 317-587-1450. Please do not create a new profile if you are unsure of your username, password or membership status.
To create a member profile:
Please click on the phrase “Haven’t Registered Yet?” located below the blue “Sign-in” button.
If you wish to be a non-paying member, please select “Non-Member” as your member type. *Please note that conference and LTI rates are discounted for our paying members.
If you wish to become a paid member, select the desired Membership and select the blue "Continue" button. Those who select a paid membership will need to complete the member registration and pay for the membership prior to and separate from registering for the conference.
Once you are logged in to your member profile, select the "2020 National Athletic Directors Conference" from the “Upcoming Events” section of the member portal.

Upon completion of your online registration, you will receive an immediate confirmation of your registration. Please keep this information for future reference. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your online registration, you are not registered.

Registration for the 2020 National Athletic Directors Conference and LTI courses are non-refundable. All registrants will have on-demand access to the recorded workshop sessions through January 15, 2021.
Attendee registration is $165 for NIAAA members/state high school association staff, or $250 for non-members (does not include NIAAA membership). Each regular registration includes full access to the virtual conference, 36 workshops, networking events and the conference gift.
Upon completion of your registration, an email confirmation will be sent. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation by Wednesday, December 2, please call 317-587-1450 and ask for conference registration.
LTI Courses will be $85 per course for NIAAA members and $170 per course for non-members. Registration for LTI Courses ends December 4, 2020.
Modifications to your registration, such as LTI Course selection, must be made by 11:59 p.m., December 4, 2020 and must be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration ends Friday, December 4, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Credit card payments will be accepted until December 4, 2020 when registration closes.
Individuals paying with check/money order must be registered by 11:59 p.m., November 20, 2020. Check/money order payments will not be accepted beginning November 21, 2020.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment.
If the conference registration payment is not received in our office by December 4, 2020, your registration will be cancelled.
